Best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had, I have to get one every time I come in!
Light texture, crisp crust, cheese flavor present but does not overwhelm
I absolutely love going to Sherrydough to get bread weekly. It is delicious! I get a small boule flight for variety for my breakfast toast! I also enjoy theAsiago boule as a side with soup and Italian.
They have the best bread! We have had their bagels and cheese crackers. Delish. We will gladly spend our money there. It is so worth it! Best sourdough in Indy! Their hot Honey jalapeno loaf is sooo good
The cinnamon rolls were wonderful! I had purchased them for my family to eat, not really thinking that I too could possibly eat one, as I have a gluten sensitivity.
I had tried some homemade bread that my husband made a few weeks back thinking maybe I could see if my sensitivity had improved or if homemade bread may be okay, unfortunately, my stomach was upset in about 20 minutes after a small bite.
I remembered reading on Sherry's website that she began her journey with sourdough due to gut issues. I decided to try a tiny bite of the cinnamon roll that evening and had no reactions. I then decided to take a small slice (1/4" thick) and eat it over the course of the next morning, still no reactions! My daughter had not eaten hers yet by the following day, so I decided to give it a full try! I am so excited to say that I had no problems at all!
I have not had gluten in 6 years and have definitely missed some of the sweet treats that cannot be duplicated in a gluten free recipe! I hope to return to get some bread and give it a try, real bread sounds so good, especially some french toast!

Two thumbs up! I found this bread to be very versatile; it made a zingy avocado toast with Tajin sprinkled on top, perfect grilled cheese with brie and sliced apples inside, and added a nice twist to my standard dip-bread-in-olive-oil-and-balsamic snack.
We bought cinnamon rolls for our family gathering. The cinnamon rolls were straight out of the oven! They were absolutely delicious! We will definitely buy from Sherry again!
