Sourdough soup bowls are individual-sized, artisanal loaves of sourdough bread designed to be hollowed out and used as edible, rustic bowls for soups, stews, and dips. They are characterized by a thick, crispy, and crackly crust with a soft, chewy, and slightly tangy interior that holds up well to hot, soups, stews or chili. We off them plain & with Asiago cheese.
